In a recent independent benchmarking survey conducted by the Robertson & Cooper Ltd Consultancy and The Work-Life Balance Trust, AstraZeneca was ranked in the Top 10 of graduate employers.

In partnership with UMIST, the research explored the extent to which Britain's leading employers are engaged in policies and practices, which promote the concept of balanced living.

In recognition of our commitment and enthusiasm to balanced life initiatives, the survey awarded AstraZeneca with a 5 star rating.
