Although certain foods don't cause GORD, they can aggravate your symptoms. Different foods can trigger symptoms in different people. This dietary advice may help you control your GORD symptoms. The example recipes on the following pages have been devised by Fiona Hunter, a former nutritionist at the Good Housekeeping Institute.
Before joining the Good Housekeeping Institute Fiona spent six years working as a dietician for the National Health Service, and has a degree in nutrition. She is now a freelance nutritionist and food writer contributing to a number of well known women's magazines and newspapers as well as regularly appearing on television and radio.
